Everywhere you read and see lately is Charlie Sheen this and Charlie Sheen is fucking crazy that, but I think the guy is a genius even if he is slightly deranged. Charlie Sheen is an internet marketing genius, he joined Twitter and got over one million followers in a day.
To put this all into perspective Ashton Kutcher had to make show appearances and even paid for a billboard asking for people to follow him to get to one million followers and it didn’t take 1 day, it took a while. Sure there were lesser users on Twitter than there are now, but that is an amazing feat.
Charlie Sheen is more than aware that people are laughing at him, not with him, but like he cares, he’ll be having the last laugh when he leverage’s his million plus followers to promote books, products and anything else he likes for large sums of cash.
I bet there are a lot of Twitter marketers out there right about now absolutely disgusted and punching holes in their computer screens in rage of Charlie’s takeover of Twitter.
