If Cleared to Land is doing something weird, email me at dwaynecharrington@gmail.com with the device you are using, your iOS, iPadOS, or Android version, and what happened before the problem showed up.
The game does not require an account. There is no username or password to recover.
For purchase issues, open the First Class Pass screen and use Restore Purchase first. If that does not bring the pass back, email me and include whether you bought it on iPhone, iPad, or Android.
For gameplay issues, a screenshot helps a lot. The most useful report is the airfield name, whether it happened in Daily Challenge or normal play, and what the aircraft was doing when things went wrong.
For data deletion requests, email dwaynecharrington@gmail.com with the subject Cleared to Land data deletion. Cleared to Land does not have player accounts, so there is no account to close. I can delete the RevenueCat customer record used to check purchase status. Deleting the app removes local settings, scores, and progress stored on your device. Apple and Google may keep their own purchase records for payment, fraud prevention, tax, or legal reasons.
For privacy questions, Cleared to Land does not need a player account to run. Purchases are handled through the App Store or Google Play, and the game uses RevenueCat to check whether the optional First Class Pass is active. The privacy policy has the full version.
