Coach Nash is a small app that teaches the Nashville Number System. It does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. The app plays audio, it never records any.
Your practice history stays on your device. That includes settings, streaks, drill scores, lesson progress, the key you have selected, which instrument you play, and whether Pro is unlocked. I do not upload any of it and there is no server holding a profile of you. Deleting the app removes that data.
Coach Nash includes one optional in-app purchase, Coach Nash Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. The app uses RevenueCat to check whether the Pro purchase is active and to restore it on a new device. RevenueCat may process purchase history, anonymous app customer identifiers, app and device metadata, receipts, and related purchase diagnostics for app functionality and analytics. I do not use this information for third-party advertising or tracking.
Apart from that purchase check, Coach Nash does not talk to the internet. The lessons, drills, chord library, and audio all ship inside the app and work offline.
If you email me for support, I will receive your email address and whatever details you choose to include. I only use support emails to reply and help with the issue.

To ask for data associated with Coach Nash purchase checks to be deleted, email dwayne@rangefrontlabs.com.au with the subject Coach Nash data deletion. I can delete the RevenueCat customer record tied to the app’s anonymous purchase identifier. Settings and practice progress are stored on your device, so deleting the app removes that local data. Apple and Google may keep purchase records separately for payment, fraud prevention, tax, or legal reasons.
